11-20-08 : A three week investigation into a vehicle vandalism (substance put into the gas tank of a vehicle) lead to a confession today by the high school student who committed the act.

12-15-08 : Durham County 08CR426XX, Murder
Defendant: Ovidio C.
After a lengthy and intensive investigation by the defense (me), the Durham County's District Attorney's Office decided to dismiss the murder charge against Ovidio C., who has been in jail all year on the murder charge. Mr. C. was represented by attorney Jay H. Ferguson who pressed hard for the dismissal and release of his client.

03-09 : Wake County 09CR94XX, Felony First Degree Kidnapping, 09CR94XX, Felony First Degree Forcible Rape
Defendant: O.S.
After a hard and fast background investigation was conducted into the “Victim” of these crimes, all charges against the defendant were suddenly dropped. The defendant was represented by attorney Patrick Roberts.
