4-30-09 : Wake County 09 JB 2XX, Felony Arson, Felony B&E, Felony Assault, Felony Possession of Stolen Property
Defendant: David, a Juvenile
After an investigation was conducted concerning the crime scene and alleged crimes, the charges of Felony Arson and Felony Assault were dropped by the DA. The Felony B&E and Felony Possession of Stolen Property were downgraded to Misdemeanors. David was represented by attorney Patrick Roberts.

5-19-09 : Wake County 09CR19XX, Felony Assault Inflicting Injury by Strangulation
Defendant: Alex A
This was another case that came out of a Craig’s List “Erotic Services” advertisement. After an investigation was conducted into the “Victim” and the “Victim” was interviewed, the “Victim” failed to show up for court. The case was dismissed. The client was represented by attorney Patrick Roberts.

5-18-09 : Wake County 09CR295XX, Felony Conspiracy To Commit 2nd Degree Kidnapping along with several Misdemeanor charges.
Defendant: Anna A
The Kidnapping charge was dismissed along with Communicating Threats once an investigation was conducted and the evidence given to the ADA showed no Kidnapping took place. The client was represented by attorney Patrick Roberts.
